Hunter69 Posted November 12, 2018 #2 Share Posted November 12, 2018 Yes; there are a few.. Had one on the last cruise Oct 13 2018. Had adjoining room with another family. You can ask your room steward to unlock adjoining cabin doors & Balcony divides if you want... Really nice lay-out ship's. especially Serenity area... Aviendah Posted November 16, 2018 #3 Share Posted November 16, 2018 If your budgets allows I would opt an aft wrap balcony Vista Suite. It connects to an extended aft balcony cabin perfect for Alaska as all family members can fit on the aft wrap and you can open the balcony divider. It's still chilly but much less wind when you are aft. Search cabins 4228 or 4237 for reference as they have full overhead coverage in case there is rain. I can't stress this suite enough if you are in Alaska; it's the only time we have opted for a suite.
Rare mexicobob Posted November 17, 2018 #4 Share Posted November 17, 2018 Been in an aft wrap on The legend and was beyond fantastic. Since there are only 6-8 of these cabins on most ships, unless you book one soon after birth, you are out of luck. These balconies will probably comfortably hold 30 people. Some regular cabin balcony dividers can be opened to the adjacent cabin and some can not. Depends on the layout. Some of the dividers, if opened would block the balcony door to the cabin, so can not be opened. Am sure you can find out before you book, but have no idea how.
