Best time for ride pick up from Symphony

Trying to coordinate a time for our friend to pick us up from Port of Miami.

Need a bit more info to determine what factors determine "best" for you.  Disembarkation takes several hours, you can choose any time during that period.  Do you want to leave ASAP?  Do you want to carry off your own bags?  Do you want to stay on the ship as long as possible?  Any other factors?

If your goal is to avoid as much traffic as possible, sometimes there is a lull in traffic around 10:00. Most of the people getting off have already left and most of the people getting on haven't arrived yet.
