Does anyone know what ships have studio ocean view cabins on any Royal ship?

Harmony and Symphony have studio OV staterooms.

 

Empress has studio OV staterooms.

Bob, they didn’t put the studio Oceanview cabins on deck 4 of Symphony as they did for Harmony.

I find it strange that they backtracked on the studio cabins.  Not generating as much revenue or maybe they realized they did need that extra space in the MDR.

They used the extra space for the MDR. And from what I saw, they needed it.

Brilliance has interior studios not ocean views which the OP was asking about.

Forgive my ignorance on this one as I'm sure it's been asked before, is there a supplement charged for studio rooms?

No supplement, pricing is for singles.  However, they can be very popular such that the price for one is more than the price with a supplement for staterooms designated for two or more.
