The Cove at Port Canaveral

My family and I will be taking a red eye, arriving around 5am in Orlando on embarkation day (yes, I know this is not ideal, simply the only way we can do it).  I'm thinking with gathering luggage, exiting the airport, and travel time to PC, that we'll still get there incredibly early.  Has anyone eaten at any of the restaurants at The Cove?  Is it walkalbe (dragging our luggage, of course ) to the Royal terminal?  We are Suite Class, and able to board early, but I'd still like something to break up the long wait in the morning.  

This is our first time not arriving a day early, and any and all tips are welcome!

Have your ride drop you at Grills for one of the best breakfasts in the area (open 7am). Right next to terminal 1.

Grills all the way!  Breakfast and right next to the ship.  Been my go to lunch place as well for a few years now.
