Diamond Lounge?

Does anyone know if there is a Diamond Lounge on Explorer?  If so, what hours do they 

offer drinks?

 

also.....does Royal also put 3 drinks per day on card?  Or is that only when there is no Lounge?

Yes on the lounge and yes on the 3 drink vouchers per evening.

 

Hours vary, you will get a letter in your stateroom with details.  Usually 3.5 hours starting one hour before early dinner.
