Dominica - is there enough time for both excursions??

We will be sailing to Dominica in Feb. on the Sun. We booked the riving tubing for 11 a.m. directly with Princess (is this with Wacky Rollers???) The snorkeling at Champagne Reef also looks wonderful. However, that excursion is supposed to return at 11 a.m. I don't think we could do/book both with Princess. Is it possible to do the Champagne Reef on our own? If we taxi there, how much is the taxi? Do they charge per person or by taxi? There will be four of us. Is it possible to rent snorkel equipment there? If not, how much is it to rent from the ship?

Getting real excited now!!! We are down to about 1 month and counting!!! Although we cruise at least twice per year now, this is our very first with Princess and I love the itinerary!!!

Lady.. I don't think the Princess excursion is with Wacky Rollers. We have booked the River Tubing direct with Wacky Rollers. they would not do this if they were the ship's carrier. Direct with them we also have a tour time of 12:30. That might allow you to do both. We are on the Sun in March.
