Half Moon Cay Clam Shell Rental

I've heard there are clam shells that can be rented for half moon cay.  But I don't see these listed on excursion page.  Is this something that can only be rented once we arrive on island?

If so, are they difficult to get? tend to run out?  We have FTTF so have ability to take an early tender if we need to in order to get a clam shell.

I booked them ahead of time thru the cruise ship, Holland America

"FTTF" indicates the poster will be on Carnival, not HAL. You are correct, on HAL you can book before you even board the ship.

I believe on Carnival you can book once you have boarded the ship.

@CruiserBruce .. Good Morning..we are considering renting one of these, but I cannot find recent comments or recommendations.  Your thoughts if you have rented?

We have not rented a clamshell. There a few discussions around about them. Not sure much has changed with them.
