Where do I find my points to the Voyager Club

I don't have another cruise booked.  I went to the MSC home page, the voyager page, the search function, etc.  I know the answer must be simple, but this senior just can't find it.   Thanks group!

I would just like to know how to find my cruise history.  Most of the things I click on do nothing.  EM

Have you actually joined the voyagers club if not you have to actually koin go to voyagers club page

put in the details they ask for it should then go to the voyagers club member page where you can see your level and points if you cant then contact customer services.

go to the msc main page login to your account there will be a drop down showing all the cruises you have been on with msc

Today I went into my account, managed to link my booking, and it finally showed my black card status again.  but it only shows one cruise, and not the first cruise.  Might it not be there because I was not a member when I cruised on it?  EM

quite possible I joined when i booked my first cruise so not sure

 

did you login to msc with your email and password or just booking number

If I am not trying to 'manage my booking' I just log in without booking number.  EM

when you login at the top right it shows your booking id

it should be possible to click on the arrow to the right of the booking ID and see your previous cruise

 

this is the UK site though its the same process for the usa site
