Port Miami arrival time

I have FTTF for my Horizon cruise this July.  What is the earliest time that I can arrive at Port Miami?  Thanks

Keep in mind your ship can be delayed and things can happen, but you can get into terminal when they open. I shoot for around 10 or 10:30 that way my wait will be minimal.  Last time I walked in at 10:30, checked in and straight into the boat. But I've had delays and sat until past noon waiting.

I'm Diamond, and I usually plan to arrive about 10:30 -11:00 AM in Miami.
