What rental car companies are close to the port of Tampa & do any off them provide shuttle service to the terminal?

Avis and Hertz have hotel locations close by and will shuttle you.  enterprise is also close and will shuttle.

 

If you get a better deal dropping at TPA airport an Uber to the port will run about $20

We've used Avis at the Embassy Suites downtown several times and have been pleased with the service.

We picked up the car at TPA and dropped it at the Enterprise on Kennedy Boulevard.  They shuttled us to the terminal.

We're staying at the Sheraton Four Points in the Westshore area.We are getting our rental car from Enterprise on Spruce Street and will be returning it to the Kennedy Blvd. location who will then shuttle us to the cruise port.Doesn't get any easier than that!
