PRIVATE PEARL HARBOR TOUR

We will be in Honolulu in October November 4,2019 on the Eclipse and was wanting to know if anyone has ever hired a custom tour of the historical December 7 1941 locations and memorials?  I would try to get a small group of 8-10 like minded individuals together to visit locales not normally seen buy most tourists such as Scholfield Barracks and Wheeler Field, the USS Nevada Memorial at Hospital Point and even cruise Pearl by private boat.  I have read it is possible if you use a private boat berthed in the harbor.  Maybe it's a pipe dream.  Any one who has done this or has any knowledge of how to do this and is willing to share contacts would be most appreciated.

Try Tour's By Locals.    They have a number of small group tours and my experience with them is they will customize as you need.
