Celebrity Equinox chic evening

I'm on the 7 night Western Caribbean on the Equinox leaving in a week. What nights are the chic, dressier evenings?

Generally on the 1st and last sea day.  On Equinox 7 day sailing I would say Day  3 and 6 on Western Caribbean,  since you only have 2 sea days.   Try downloading the Celebrity App as Equinox is included as ships currently supported. 

 

I checked the menu on a Western Caribbean and they show Lobster on day 6.

Thank you! Day 6 on our cruise is Valentine's Day but not a sea day. I have the Celebrity app and saw the menu for day 6. I read that for Valentine's Day there might be a special menu including filet mignon.  Does anyone know if that's true? Or should that show on the menu on the app?

What do they do on southern Caribbean cruises out of San Juan where there is only one sea day, typically the LAST night of the cruise?
