I'm sure this has been addressed, but can someone tell me if there is a limit on  the number of alcoholic beverages ( including wine) that can be ordered daily?

When the bartender decides you've had enough.  There is no hard-and-fast rule like Carnival's 15/day limit.

You do get occasional weirdness in individual interpretation of the UBP process.  You can now officially get two drinks per order with only one card shown.  However, the other day I asked for "two fingers" of bourbon and a mixed drink for my wife, showing only my card.  He said I would need to present her card also.  I said I though it was two drinks per card.  He said since I asked for "two fingers" that was more than one pour.  (for the past two cruises before I had been doing this no problem).  I told him ok, just one pour but come right back after delivering this order and I'd order another whiskey single pour.  Worked for him.
