Millennium in Asia - Ports or tenders

Howdy cruisers, we've booked a cruise on Millennium and I'm interested to know which of the stops on the itinerary the ship docks at and which are tender ports and also how far the port may be from the listed destination. is this sort of info readily available somewhere or can anyone who has sailed on Millennium to the following ports let me know? Thanks in advance
