Can anyone confirm that they have light lunch/snacks at the Havana Bar and also where do you get an omelet made for breakfast?

For omelettes go to The Carnival Deli in the Lido Marketplace Deck 10 Midship. As far as the Havana Bar, I’m sure there are snacks available, but I cannot confirm.

There are no snacks at the Havana bar area. There is a small buffet just outside of that area in the Ocean Plaza that has breakfast and light lunch items during certain times.
