Walking tour with short stop and younger kids

We will be in San Juan from 7:30 to 1 next month. Want to see a fort with the kids and do some sightseeing...realistically will have 3 to 3.5 hours and a slow pace as our youngest is 4. Any suggestions for a self guided walking tour plan?

Also, is it possible to bring an umbrella stroller if we are ok folding it up occasionally or would it be too much of a hassle?

Getting to either fort is mostly uphill. San Cristobal has wonderful views over the old city, some nice displays, and I think is more suitable for youngsters.

The free trolley might be an option, https://sanjuanpuertorico.com/trolley-old-san-juan/.

The sail in is spectacular with El Morro on the port side. Your kids will likely be fascinated.
