Having problems creating a poll

It keeps rejecting me, asking for a title on the other tab. 

 

Also, are there limits on how many answers?

Apparently one has to provide a content title which becomes the thread title. One also has to provide content text which becomes the first post in the thread.

 

One can only have three questions but I don't think there is a practical limit on the number of answers for any question.
