MarQ Matthias CD

I just found out that MarQ Matthias is the CD for my Breeze sailing this summer.  If you have had him before, what are your opinions on him?  If not, what have you heard about him?  What did he add and/or subtract from your cruise experience?  Thanks in advance!

I think I had him on the splendor. he seemed like a genuinely nice person. He wasn’t as peppy as some other CDs I’ve had, but honestly I was ok with that.

In our opinion, MarcQ has been the best Cruise director we had. MarcQ is fun, unpredictable, genuine and make sure his guests have the best time on their cruise. He has a lot of energy. So far, we have been on 5 cruises (we usually book our cruise one year ahead of time). 2 years ago I had an emergency knee surgery before our cruise. During that cruise, I felt physically miserable due to my limitation (not be able to walk much). The only thing that saved me on that cruise was MarcQ entertaining atmosphere. We look forward to book future cruise with MarcQ on board.

Had MarQ on the Splendor two years ago.  We found him to be a lot of fun.  He was funny, very approachable, very nice and did a good job of keeping the energy up and getting the party started.

Had the pleasure of having MarQ as our CD on Elation in September. He was the best CD we’ve ever had. He is fun, funny, high energy, very engaging with the passengers, and somehow remembers everyone’s name. He is also very visible around the ship. His debarkation was so organized, he was actually escorting groups off the ship (we had an early flight and were with one of the early debarking groups).
