How to upgrade drink package online?

I have the easy drink package included for my Meraviglia cruise next March and would like to upgrade to the premium package.   I've been on hold to MSC for close to an hour and would love to just upgrade online, but when I try to "manage my booking" and go to the beverage packages, all I see is the full price for each package.  Is there any way to upgrade online?

I'm pretty sure the only way is to call. That's what I had to do anyway.

Try early morning - but right now with the Cuba thing, it could be extra hard getting through.

I finally did get through and was told that since I booked through a TA, they couldn't do it over the phone and I  couldn't do it online.  I  have to ask the TA to call and upgrade it.  No wonder agents hate dealing with MSC.

Agents have their own number to call MSC. Totally different experience.
