Flight times After Disembarking POA

What is the earliest flight to book in Honolulu after disembarking the Pride of America?  Is 11:30 am doable??

If you're one of the first off most likely-- it will take you about 20 minutes to get to the airport (possibly a little more with traffic) once you are pierside.

I think the general rule of thumb is to allow 5 hours.  So 11:30 would be close but possibly a little early. 

 

My hubby had an 11:30 flight out of Puerto Rico and he missed it.  I know it's not the same port but I still don't think he would do it again ever.

Speaking of flying out of Honolulu.  How far is the cruise port from the airport and how much is the cab fare?

Depends on which berth, but roughly 5-6 miles. You can get a flat rate of $25 from Johnny Cab or Charley's Taxi.

Thanks for that reply.  Do cabs regularly meet the ships?  And are they plentiful?

Cabs do, but I can't swear it will be the ones mentioned. Personally I use Uber.
