Pre Cruise overnight

Hi All: We have a small dilemma as to where to stay one night pre cruise..Airport Hotel and Somewhere near the port.

What about getting to the pier.  Do hotels near the pier offer shuttle service?  Any and all ideas will be considered.

Should we arrange for shuttle service?
