Question for suite passengers on Grand

I would like to know if the full suites on Grand now have the fluffy, cotton bathrobes. I sailed last December on her in a full suite and they did not have the advertised robes. Apparently they were not holding up well so Princess was changing to a new robe.

 

Since then, I’ve sailed on the Island in a full suite and did have a new plush robe.

 

I love a nice cozy robe and they take a TON of room in my luggage. I have a full suite on the Grand this August and I’m wondering if I need to pack it.

I was on a suite on the Grand in January and if I recall correctly, I received just the waffle robe.

I'm off this Saturday to Alaska - I certainly hope so. If I remember, and if no one else has replied, I will let you know. We are staying in one of the OS.

When in August are you going? We will be on the Grand July 25-August 4th, and will be staying in a suite. I can definitely report back. I may even be able to respond when we're connected to our cell service, earlier in our cruise. 🙂

This is what the new ones on the Island look like. They are very close to what the old wonderful robes were.

Awesome. I will try to post a picture before we sail away on the 25th, or when we arrive in Juneau on the 28th. 🙂
