Signing up for Excursions

When signing up for excursions online for Viking ocean cruise, can you sign up for you and your spouse or do both of us have to be logged in to register?

There are check boxes for each passenger on the booking.  You can book either or both

Just signed up for our excursions a few days ago.   Can confirm you will both be on same booking  sheet in My Viking Journey,  so you can both sign up or only one of you if you want to split up to do separate excursions.  You do need to book all excursions even the included ones.  

 

Incidentally we are in a  V guarantee cabin, as we were on a waitlist for the cruise we wanted which was originally fully booked.  As a result we were last category to be able to book.  

 

We got all the included excursions we wanted ( although not necessarily the times we would have preferred) bar one which was sold out.  We rang the office in London and were reassured that we would get an included excursion in that port and to watch out over the next two weeks for more to appear. Sure enough within 2 days slots were available.

We had a similar experience. We also were in the last category to book, and an excursion we wanted had only one slot open. So we took the one slot, but within a week or two, a second slot opened up.

You can do both at the same time.  A little circle that you choose both names.  We book excursions at the MOMENT they are available as to not get disappointed.  We research way in advance.

But you can’t do both at one time if only one slot is open 🙂

 

I agree it’s best to research in advance as well as have alternatives if your first choices are filled.
