Anyone have any experience with onboard dining venues?
Are they more Asian influenced on these sailings?

Most of the time they follow their normal schedule, but you might find sometimes that they do an Asian meal like Peking duck..

We sailed on ms Maasdam last winter and on ms Volendam the year before, both cruises in the Far East.

Both times the Lido had a separate station for Asian food, that I really enjoyed.  Asian food was offered occasionally in the Main Dining Rooms and also in different parts of the Lido.

Yes we experienced the same thing we were on Westerdam for 28 days Far East, the back of the lido where they usually have the salad station was a dedicated Asian station for evenings.  Nice variations, of course hit and miss with regards to taste as per usual cruise food.
