My husband's birthday is the day we will be in St Thomas until 10pm, so I'm thinking about booking the UBD for that evening.  We will be docked at Havensight with one other ship and sunset should be around 6:10pm.  Looking for any pros or cons from those that have some experience.  Thanks!

UBD can be windy if the ship is moving. I've done several inside the room in a mini-suite. Works well. I scheduled UBD outside (Vista Suite) the last time we were in San Juan and had it timed so the photographer could take our photo as we left port. Very romantic.

I think it will be perfect.

I don't think the ship will be moving.  🤔
