Refunds ?? How long??

We had our sept 2 Mariner cruise cancelled due to the hurricane. We were told full refunds plus two extra bonus days as FCC. How long does it take Royal to send back our money? We are ready to rebook so we can still get in a cruise before the year ends.

If you are asking about OBC that you spent using the Cruise Planner, and you cancelled something pre-cruise, that is refunded instantly.

We received our FCC by the 6th but only like 1/4 of what the refund should be.  Guess I’ll give it another week or so.

My refund came in 4 parts,  but it was the full payment.  Nothing yet on my cruise planner purchase, but it was only $30.

Our OBC (refundable) given to us by our TA, was refunded to my Credit Card today17.09.19.We disembarked Explorer of the Seas on 13.09.19. Impressed.
