Anyone know if Carlos-N-Charlies has opened?

We are going on the Rhapsody 2-26 and didn't know if Carlos-N-Charlies was open after the hurricane or not.

Linda, are you driving down to Galveston on Sunday or going to the area earlier? If so, where are you staying. Looks like everything in Galveston is either booked or priced thru the roof for Mardi-Gras. We are looking for someting between Houston and Galveston.
