Shareholder's Benefit

I have just booked a cruise on Costa cruising India next year, which is my first cruise with Costa. Can somebody please tell me where I need to send my request for the shareholders OBC and what exactly is required?

Yes, you should send to Costa fax with info about your booking number, name, ship etc. with proof that you have min. 100 CCL shares. You will find info here: https://www.carnivalcorp.com/shareholder-information/shareholder-benefit/

Thanks for replying but I was looking for an email address as I don't have a fax or access to one. I know with Princess, you can email your request in, even though the sheet you attached says fax.

With Costa unfortuately it is not so simple. I also tried to send it by e-mail but always received answer: please send only by fax as described on Carnival website.

I don't either, but I use an app (The one I use, FaxFresh, has only a per-use charge which goes through PayPal) for this and typically one other thing or other every couple of years or so. If you use a Travel Agent, you can typically send then an email attachment which they will fax.

You can use https://faxzero.com for free. I have used it a number of times for the shareholder benefit with other CCL lines.
