Enchantment Suite Lunch

Will be in suite on December 5 day cruise.  RCCL website indicates suite lunch amenity.  At the bottom it says something about the newer ships have new perks.  In threads here on CC, because I search first, it appears some ships yes some no.  Specifically about Enchantment does she have the amenity?  And if so is it available embarkation day?

When we sailed her( a few years ago) all it meant was you could bring your Windjammer plate into Chops.  It was not an option on boarding day

In June, they had a suite lunch in the viking lounge one day.

Why would anyone carry a plate of Windjammer food from Deck 9 to Deck 6?????
