Wine and Dine Package

Our recent booking on the Golden Princess included the "Wine and Dine" package (2 bottles of wine and one specialty restaurant per person.) There are 3 of us in the cabin, and none of us drink wine, and we are not really interested in going to the specialty restaurants. Can the wine and the restaurant cover charges be exchanged for a different perk, such as onboard credit, a coffee card, or other type of beverage (alcoholic or non-alcoholic)?

You will probably have to inquire onboard.  We have asked if we can combine the 2 $32 wine vouchers or pay the difference and have been told to check on board

The current Anniversary Sale has this for a bonus offer right now.  I did read where there is at least a non-alcoholic option for the wine.  Yes, inquire on board.  You can also meet a new friend on board who likes wine.
