Shuttle from Fort Lauderdale airport to Miami

Can anyone recommend a shuttle service to Miami from Fort Lauderdale airport?

If you are flying in later in the day and heading to a downtown Miami hotel the shuttles can get expensive because they likely cannot fill the van.  UberX or standard Lyft will be about $35+ for the car.
