Butchers Cut Pricing

There is a fixed price menu, where you order selected items, such as an appetizer, an entrée and a dessert, from some items that would otherwise be à la carte.

The price is in keeping with what you can book in advance.

À la carte offers more variety, and you can save 1-2-5 $/€ if you curtail consumption (e.g. a filet and a side), or you can splurge (e.g. a tomahawk and other stuff).

Is Butchers Cut all a la carte pricing or is there a fixed price option similar to specialty restaurants on other lines? ie $45 for everything.

Both.

There's the full menu which is a l carte, order whatever you like at the menu prices

There's the Dining Experience menu, which is set price, ans includes three courses: appetizer, main, and dessert. From a set list of choices.  You can opt to sub something, or add something, from the a l carte menu at 50% off.
