HAL new bookings questions for New Zealand cruiser

Hi, I am new to HAL and made a booking online during the Black Friday Sale. 

 

Is there a New Zealand free call number or even an Australian number?  I need to sort out an issue. 

 

 I have sent a query via email on the website. How long does it take to get answered? 

 

Can you transfer your booking to a TA?

Yes you can call the Sydney office Mon to Fri 9 to 5 and Sat morning to 12 (Sydney time). Dial 61 in front of the Sydney 1800 number. They answer very quickly and are helpful.

After a bit of googling I found the number  - which I couldn't initially.

 

So for anyone else the number if you call from New Zealand it is 0061 1300987322

 

I hardly had to wait for someone to answer and the customer service rep was most helpful.   I have saved the number!!!

We use our local travel agent, who contacts the HAL NZ agent, Francis Travel Marketing located in Auckland,

You could phone FTM with your query.  Over the years, they have solved a few queries for us.
