Unable to get into Sky Princess Roll Call for 5/17/202

Recommended Posts

It's pretty simple.  You go to the main boards page, scroll down to ROLL CALLS; click on Princess Roll Calls.  then choose Sky Princess, and scroll through the threads until you find the one with your dates.  It's the original way to find a roll call, before there was the defective roll call finder tool.  Your roll call is at the bottom of the first page:

@magistics Howdy! emo22.gif

To help you with the Roll Call Finder Tool glitch for your Sky Princess May 17, 2020 Roll Call thread, I have sent the following email to help@cruisecritic.com:

I understand the Roll Call Finder Tool as an indexing and search tool has been working normally for a while. However, there are problems when first using the Roll Call Finder Tool at cruiselineStar20121001.pngNEW! Find Your Princess Roll Call where you get https://www.cruisecritic.com/rollcalls/?cruise_line_id=28&ship_id=1180&sailing_date=202005.

When clicking on Sky Princess Roll Call - May 17, 2020 , you go back to https://www.cruisecritic.com/rollcalls/.

When clicking View Roll Call -->, again, you go back to https://www.cruisecritic.com/rollcalls/.

When clicking View Discussion --> you finally get to the actual Roll Call thread titled Sky Princess May 17, 2020 at https://boards.cruisecritic.com/topic/2692925-sky-princess-may-17-2020/.

Also, I understand in the past Jenn and the team were working on the glitch where the Roll Call Finder Tool was showing the member count as 0 for most cruises as well as other information being incorrect. Has there been any progress?

Thanking you in advance for any help regarding the Sky Princess May 17, 2020 Roll Call thread,

Kat

@magistics

Just wanted to pass on the following reply I received from Jenn at help@cruisecritic.com concerning the Sky Princess Roll Call Finder Tool:

There is an issue with clicking either  the View Roll Call and/or the Thread Title on Sky Princess Roll Call tool entries
They are mapped improperly just for Sky Princess – I do have a bug request in to fix those buttons.

I do have a bug request in for the member counts not updating for the search results as well, however I don’t know when it will be worked on

Sorry I don’t have better answers
