Soda package on Liberty

I have only cruised once - that was on Harmony. We did the soda package with the cup and freestyle machines. We are going on Liberty next but I just saw that they are not on the list of ships with freestyle machines. How does the soda package work without the machines? I am asking because I love the Dasani Sparkling water.  If we just have to go ask for a soda, there probably aren't all the flavor abilities of the machines. Thanks for any help. First time on the Liberty.

on LOTS you will only be able to order what is on tap at the bars, no Dasani waters; only the basic Coke, diet Coke, Sprite (Liberty has Dr Pepper)

And you can use your cup or just give them your Sea Pass card.
