phabric Posted January 11, 2020 #1 Share Posted January 11, 2020 We will be on a Princess ship? Does the HOHO have a stop near the Princess dock? Is it better to purchase HOHO tickets in advance or on the day?

Danish viking Posted February 7, 2020 #3 Share Posted February 7, 2020 They have a shuttle from Oceankaj to stop 5 at the Little Mermaid with a 30-60 minute frequency. I'll imagine that you can avoid the line of playing passengers if you have a ticket in hand.
Rare mskaufman Posted February 7, 2020 #4 Share Posted February 7, 2020 When we were there the HOHO bus was right at the dock and you could buy a ticket on board.
Earl Rosebery Posted February 8, 2020 #5 Share Posted February 8, 2020 There are several competing HoHO operations. The one we picked was horrible. Largely due to the metro construction downtown leading to a large traffic snafu. Unfortunately I can’t remember which It was. Do your research and consider a private tour. Danish viking Posted February 8, 2020 #6 Share Posted February 8, 2020 Btw, the metro has opened so that should not be a problem.
dabear Posted February 10, 2020 #7 Share Posted February 10, 2020 The hoho in Copenhagen was the worse we've ever experienced after many years of using these types of tours. Although they are right by the port they were unorganized, gave incorrect information etc. Don't waste your money!
Danish viking Posted February 11, 2020 #8 Share Posted February 11, 2020 Agreed if you have the Copenhagen Card or City Pass then the public busses or train and metro can get you to most sights anyway or else most of then are in walking distance of each other.. Its only outliers like the Little Mermaid, Christiania, Carlsberg brewery, the Zoo etc where you really need public transportation.
