Escargot - New Presentation in MDR

I had the new version on Pride last month.  I thought they brought me the wrong appetizer!

 

The old version was much better...much, much better!

New presentation on Horizon as well. My husband didn't like nearly as much as the old preparation. I wonder if this is, in part, due to a news story released by Carnival CEO last year that it is getting harder to source escargot due to cruise ship popularity. They were even considering removing the item from the menu but the backlash was immediate and loud to that suggestion. So, decrease the number of snails per plate.....
