Hampton Inn, Brickell

I am thinking about staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Brickell for a 3 night pre-cruise stay.  Is there a lot to do within walking distance or do we need a car?

Hampton Brickell is discussed here frequently. Its a great hotel, and in a great location. Most importantly there is a ton of public transit (both free, and fare) located very close by. You can go just about anywhere, and you can get to the hotel from the airport very easy by public transit.

Plenty to do nearby, and a short Uber/Lyft ride away from Miami Beach and other popular spots like Coral Gables or Little Havana. A great location.

This will be our 2nd time staying there.  Last time our flight was delayed, so we didn’t have much time to explore.  This time, we should be there by 2pm 🙂. We’ve been to the South Beach area before, and don’t plan to do that.  What cool things are within walking distance of the hotel?  I looked at google maps, and didn’t really see much...
