Price drop after online check in

Does checking in online at 90 days hinder your ability to upgrade to a different class if prices drop closer to cruising date?

No, Completing the online check in has no effect. The only minor details is at 49 days, if you order luggage tags, then change room, they will obviously no longer be correct.

No as long as the cabin you want to upgrade to costs more than what you paid you can upgrade.  Completing check-in has no impact.  
When looking to upgrade be sure that the cabin/price you are looking at includes the same perks as your current booking. If you upgrade you get the perks of the new price which can be less than what you currently have.

Thanks for the fast response!  I've been counting down the days until check in and was hoping i wasn't jumping the gun.
