Beverage package - Premium and gratuities

This might be a stupid question...first time on Celebrity in 2 months.  Does the beverage packages include the gratuities?  They seem to note that 18% gratuity will be added to each bill.  I am assuming that is included on the beverage package...I won't be seeing a 18% charge on each drink I get (if covered under the plan) added to my account, right?  As long as I stay below $15/drink?

Celebrity was adding it on top of the package several months ago but has stopped doing that. The package now includes gratuities. In the event you buy something more expensive than the package allows you pay the difference and an 18% gratuity on that additional increment.

The gratuity is 20% and is included if you get the  beverage package as a perk.  If you order a drink above the package limit you pay 20% gratuity on the price difference. 
 If you purchase the package you are charged the 20% on the purchase.
