No E-mail yet.booked on Casino rate does it matter?

Have not yet received e-mail from Carnival about our May 3rd Magic sailing. Cruised was book on a Casino rate. Does the Casino rate effect the OBC offering ? Tried calling Carnival today but recording said delay of over 30 min so i hung up.

We booked on a casino rate for April and just got our email today.  Seems they are going out depending on how close.  I wouldn't worry.

Never got an email so we called our TA this morning and he cancelled our 3/14 casino rate Vista cruise for  us.  
 

Later today we DID get the “your cruise is right around the corner” email, even though we are officially canceled on the website.  Oh well....
