Mine also showed up again today. However, mine has the original expiration of 4/30/21. I thought some people were saying theirs were extended. Does anyone know what the rules are for which ones would get extended?

Interesting. Mine do too, although I'm not concerned as there's still plenty of time. 
 

It would be nice to know.
