Flightease question

I have a booking in October that I made through a TA.  I am able to browse flights to do research. Are you able to add a flight to your cruise on your own, or will it not work due to the TA.  When I select a flight, it looks like I can make the booking.

I've always been able to book flights on the cruise line website, whether I had a TA at the time or not.  Just give it a try once you've made a decision on flights.  Should be fine.

I was able to book my flights without using my TA. She was able to pull my flights up in the system to add them to the final invoice. I even changed my flights without going through her.

You can certainly book it directly, but if there are any issues, they will force you to resolve them through your TA. FlightEase wouldn't let me fly from one airport and return to another, cross town airport (Actually it let me make both reservations, but it subsequently cancelled the first - a known FlightEase issue.) They forced me to go through my TA to fix things. Not a big deal, just another hoop to jump through.
