Is a fcc only valid in one country?

We all know celebrity is one company but acts in different ways depending on what country you reside in

 

So say you have a booking in the us get a fcc but want to use it outside the us is this possible?

If you have a FCC from Celebrity you can apply it to any sailing worldwide. Irrespective of where people book, the available sailings are the same. What does differ is various offers in different countries which affects the perks and prices.

No problem to apply it worldwide, the FCC amount will be converted to local currency by Celebrity.
