athlonnx Posted June 14, 2020 #1 Share Posted June 14, 2020 So I took the 125% cruise credit for my cancelled March 2020 cruise with Disney. I'm re-booked for Halloween, and I'm supposed to pay in full by July 14th. But how do I do that? When I go to pay, it doesn't give the option to pay with cruise credit. I imagine you'd need to call DCL and ask.
LeeW Posted June 18, 2020 #3 Share Posted June 18, 2020 We hadn't even gotten the credit notification yet but once our cruise was cancelled our TA called Disney and they moved everything from this July to 2021. Taxes, fees, payment. The extra 25% (around $1000pp) will go as OBC on that cruise unless we book transportation, lodging, or Disney tickets before then. The TA said this is the easiest company to work with - call for three rooms/seven people took about 5 minutes.
genmasjoy Posted June 27, 2020 #4 Share Posted June 27, 2020 Just call DCL, they will have it in their records. We rebooked for November and with the 125% credit, we got the same category and 4 night sailing with only $23.50 for onboard credit since it was a higher price. Our original cruise was in September which is the peak of hurricane season, but we've gone in September twice before and it was fine.
