Quantum of the Seas menus

We are booked on Quantum of the Seas out of Seattle next August.  DH is excited about Alaska, less so about the food being mostly Asian inspired.  I realize the specialty restaurants

are likely to stay the same, but I would think the MDR and Windjammer (if it still exists post Covid) would serve a wider variety of foods on an Alaskan cruise vs cruising out of China.

We've only cruised RCCL twice so not really familiar with usual menus and food choices.  We are joining cruise friends, so ship was their choice.  

Any thoughts on what menus are likely to be?  Silly question, I know, but enquiring minds and all.... Thanks!

The menu will not be mostly Asian - it will be very similar to what Ovation has which you can look up in the RCI app.

Quantum will have a western menu as it will be home ported in Sydney and Seattle along with ovation.

They do a Ruben sandwich in 270 ,Roast beef on toasted rye bread with sauerkraut .Nice.

We found our happy place on quantum class is sitting at the back of 270 watching the prop wash through the window,There a bar and a cafe a few steps away .

A beer in one hand and a Reuben sandwich in the other.
