Hotel in Civitavecchia/

We are hopeful that our Christmas cruise on NCL is going off as scheduled on 12/21. Due to flights, we are staying the night before near the port as Rome late on a Sunday is not worth it. We booked at the HOTEL DE LA VILLE? Took a leap of faith. Anyone stayed there before? and thoughts

I"ve walked by multiple times.   It's convenient to the train station  (is that how you are getting there? )    But not to the cruise port.     But you also can not have both.       It's only 1 night.  🙂

If you're arriving at FCO late Sunday, you might want to consider staying near the airport then taking a limo directly to the cruise port in Civitavecchia the following day.
