Lift & Shift problems

I recently sent in a request to lift and shift a 7 day, February 2021 cruise on Allure to a February 2022 cruise on either Oasis, Harmony, or   Symphony.  I checked my Crowne and Anchor page this morning,  Royal put me on a 6 day on Allure. That wasn’t even one of my choices. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

I haven't had any in the 100+ that I have done.  You need to call

Usually it's best to just pick your favorite choice. Not 3 or more picks and let them choose. Pick 1, wait and see, if it doesnt go thru you can pick a 2nd choice later.

agree.  I have only selected one option on all that I have done

It worked out, I got on the Harmony 7 day, so all is well.

Awesome.  Did Royal provide any insight on why you were moved to a sailing that you did not request and clearly did not meet their own guidelines

No, but I didn’t ask either. The Allure cruise was a fairly close match to the cruise that I lifted from, just without a stop in Coco Cay. So maybe that’s why.
