Rosavella61 Posted April 29, 2021 #1 Share Posted April 29, 2021 P&O, Cunard and Princess require a 7 day gap between cruises around the UK. Is this the case for all cruise lines? Just wondered if a 3 day gap would be ok if boarding with a different brand. I can find any Government Guidlines regarding this. Other brands have not given me a devinitive answer to this rule. If I were you and really wanted to go on the second cruise, write to that cruise line stating your intentions then keep their (hopefully) positive reply so if when you board you have that to shown and at worst case use to fight for a refund. If your second cruise is with a Carnival brand then I believe you need a negative PCR test with 72 hours of boarding so I can't see a problem. Pink-belle Posted May 26, 2021 #3 Share Posted May 26, 2021 I’m sailing 2 P&O Cruises and 1 Princess Summer sailings. It would have been convenient to have 2 of them close together with just 1 night between them spent in Southampton. Both lines told me there must be 7 days between sailings. This was on launch so this guidance may have changed since. Personally not something I would risk without printed clarification that this is okay. I don’t know what pre boarding paperwork they may ask us to complete, yet. It might specifically ask if you have cruised in the last 7 days.

I see someone on the P&O staycation thread has asked about that and was told it does apply for different cruise lines, so need seven days between any cruise. It is on the last page of that thread I think. As Pink-belle said, I would not have been risking it either. Edited May 27, 2021 by tring
