sam49 Posted August 12, 2021 #1 Share Posted August 12, 2021 Hi all I am off on a staycation on Britannia next week. I've never travelled P & O before but I found on RC that they always had the air conditioning blasting out in public areas so I was freezing in my little cocktail dresses despite the outside temperature being 30 degrees. I am assuming the air con won't be on as travelling around UK, but can anyone who has been on a staycation give an advice? Thanks

Thanks Pauline wears a cocktail dress every night on a cruise and she rarely says it is cold except in the dining room. She does have wraps to put around her shoulders if it is cold. Public areas were ok, but the air con in the cabin was full blast, so we turned the dial round and opened the balcony door. Southampton ambient tropical temperature soon took care of it.
